Tandoori Paste

Tandoor means a cylindrical clay oven used originally in nothern India and Pakistan.
Pieces of meat, fish, paneer or vegetables are roaste in tandoor on skewer. This style of cooking is used to prepare kebabs, chicken tikka, paneer tikka, tandoori chicken, tandoori fish, naan, tandoori roti etc...
In some tandoori dishes like tandoori chicken or tandoori fish marination ( Soaked mixture of oil, spices and herbs) is before cooking, to achive flavour and soft meat, fish or other food.
Tandoori dishes are having a craze within Indian food lowers. The remarkable reason is its authentic flovour and distinct taste.

Ingrediants to Marination
  • Khasiyat Tandoori paste 140g.
  • 140g Natural Yoghurt

Method to Marinate Item

  • Take natural yoghurt in larg and deep mixing bowl beat it throughly
  • Than add Khasiyat Tandoori paste dilute it by wipping constantly.
  • taste the mixture add salt if necessary to prepare proper marination
  • Coat the item in the marinade ensuring it? ?!"s completely covered, set it aside for 30 minutes minimum
  • After 30 minutes (minimum) psss the pieces through skewer and cook it in tandoor till it s full done.
  • than transfer pieces from skewer in serving plat and serve it with mint yoghurt chutney.

It looks and taste great if you lay fresh green salad and arrange pices on top nicely.
