Chicken tikka (Hindi: मुर्ग़ टिक्का; [ˌmʊrɣ ˈʈɪkkaː]) is a chicken dish served in Indian and Pakistani cuisine. It is popular in countries all over the world. It is traditionally small pieces of boneless chicken baked using skewers, in a clay-based oven called a tandoor, after marinating in spices and yogurt.

Ingredients to preparing marination of Chicken Tikka

1 Kg. Yougurt. Water

150 gram Khasiyat's Chicken Tikka Paste

Salt to taste

Recipe to prepare Chicken Tikka

Take 1 Kg Sour plain yougurt (Curd) in large deep mixing bowl beat it throughly.

Then add 150 gram Khasiyat's Chicken tikka paste dilute it whipping constantly.

test the mixture add salt if necessary to prepare proper marination

Include the item needed to be marinate

set it aside for 30 minute minimum.

after 30 minute (minimum) pass the pieces through skewer nd cook it in tandoor till it full done.

remove it from skewer in salad laid serving plate; arrange tikka with small bowel of green masala chutney in center.

Squeeze fresh lime juice over tikka.

Suggestions:- Gobhi tikka (Cauliflower tikka), aloo tikka ( Potato tikka), Paneer tikka ( Cottage cheese tikka), are also exiting item and preparation stily is exacly the same.
