Chicken 65 is a spicy, deep-fried chicken dish popular in South India, as a bar snack, entree, or quick snack. The flavour of the dish comes from ginger, cayenne pepper, mustard powder and vinegar although the exact recipe can vary. It can be prepared using chicken on or off the bone.

Chicken 65 Paste

Chicken 65 can be reconized as youngsters favorite and a little spicy dish, becuse of medium plus chilli hotness of the dish. Interesting taste is being formed with herbs like fresh garlic, ginger and green chillies combine with little stron spices, soya sauce and vinegar is adds a western taste to the dish.

Ingredients to preparing marination of Chicken 65

500 ml. Water

75 gram Khasiyat's Chicken 65 Paste

Salt to taste

4 tbs. Corn starch

Recipe to prepare Chicken 65

  • Take large and deep mixing bowl.
  • Put 500Ml. water
  • Include 75 gr. Khasiyat's Chicken 65 Paste
  • Dilute paste in water throughly
  • then add cornstach consist mixture and set it aside.
  • Chop clean chicken breast pieces longthwise about 3/4 inches thick and marinate it for 1 Hour with mixture.
  • Fry marinated chicken breast pieces till full done
  • Remove it from frying wok and put it on paper towel.
  • Lay finely chopped green salad in serving plat, arrange fired chicken pieces sprinkle lime juice over and serve with green chutney
